There are 3 taxes that might occur if the package is looked as a commercial package.
If the consignor is a GST/HST registrant, you pay the GST/HST on the price the consignor charges you (assuming your purchase of the goods is taxable, other than zero-rated) and collect the GST/HST from your customer on your selling price (assuming your sale of the goods is taxable, other than zero-rated). If the consignor is not a registrant, you do not pay the GST/HST to the consignor, and you collect the GST/HST from your customer on your selling price.
Normally use ePacket(under 2kg), which is an upgraded airmail shipping by China Post, will cooperate with Canada Post in Canada domestic shipping. i.e. the Canada Post will deliver the Canada domestic part. The ePacket generally will not be looked as a commercial package so the possibility of levying a tax is relatively small.
UPS/DHL will be more possibly looked as a commercial package. To avoid being looked as a consumer package and you don’t want the logistics company to charges tax,

Generally speaking, if you are a dealer you need to choose the Dropshipping / Mix wholesale, or wholesale, the former doesn’t have any minimum quantity restriction while the latter needs 10 items for each sku ( 1 color 1 style).
If you need to get the lowest price, the wholesale member type should be better as there’s around 6% difference from the Dropshipping / Mix wholesale member type.

It’s a well-known fact that some websites claim to sell 925 sterling silver yet it’s fake. So, BEWARE OF STERLING SILVER FROM CHINA!!! – Surf through eBay and you’ll see them all over. Still the silver products can be found on eBay here, here and here. Their price is lower than 0.8 gram yet they all have a 925 stamp. That can’t be true. Why? Because the price of sterling silver can’t be less than 1.17 USD per gram as illustrated above. It’s impossible. In fact, to make it even more suspicious, the weight of the jewelry isn’t even stated.
If you are a store owner, counterfeit silver might ruin your business. The most reliable way to test silver is to buy a small amount firstly, send them to a trustworthy laboratory and get the results. If that cost too much, chooses randomly your samples for testing.
